The bill (Reg. No. 2578a) aims at protection of rights of investors that privatized state property, in case of its return to state ownership; determination and concretization of the refund procedure for consumers of state property; and at settlement of relations, arising between state privatization bodies and owners of objects of privatization, in case these objects were returned into state ownership in order to fulfill the respective court’s judgment.
It is suggested also supplement article 29 with part four.
